Frequency conversion vector control

A general-purpose inverter is an inverter that can apply to all load characteristics, it is classified according to the control method of the inverter as follows:

①   V/F control, also known as sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) control method. In this way, the frequency converter also changes the output voltage while changing the frequency;

②   Vector control is divided into speed sensorless vector control (SVC) or speed sensor vector control (FVC). Independent control. The main advantage of this control method is that the torque can be continuously and smoothly adjusted, and the speed adjustment range is wide. However, the selection of control parameters is troublesome and needs to be adjusted online.

Simply put, the inverter runs at different frequencies, and different speed loop PI parameters can be selected. By setting the proportional coefficient and integral time of the speed regulator, the speed dynamic response characteristics of the vector control can be adjusted. Increasing the proportional gain and reducing the integral time can speed up the dynamic response of the speed loop. However, if the proportional gain is too large or the integral time is too small, the system may oscillate.
